However you choose to refill, The Refillery is here to make it easy. Alongside our regular community stops and markets, you can now enjoy the convenience of our home refilling service. Simply leave your empty bottles out on refill day, and we'll fill them up, right on your doorstep.

Refilling with The Refillery is easy. First browse our products/prices and decide which items you want to start refilling. Think about what quantities will be suitable for your household. Eg: 1 litre dish liquid or 500ml dish liquid? Or 5L?? You can refill as much or as little as you need.
Sign-up to the Doortstep refill service and wait to receive your monthly reminder. In the meantime start saving your empty containers for refilling. I always bring spares if you want something but don’t have a container. On refill day, if you're not home, simply leave out your containers and a list of what you want and the quantity. I’ll do the rest and leave an invoice for payment via bank transfer. -

We visit each area once a month. You'll receive a reminder (text or email, your choice) before your scheduled refill day. You simply book a visit when you need one.

Orders over $25 qualify for free doorstep refills. For orders under $25, a small $3 service fee applies.
